Vera Wang Spring 2011 Wedding Dresses

For the Spring 2011 Wedding Collection, Vera Wang has 11 beautiful elegant wedding dresses. But five caught my eye. These dresses aren’t in the usual pristine white or off white tones. Rather, these dresses scream modern elegance in unique colors.

The Spring 2011 Farah wedding dress has a hand-painted organza and metallic tulle with corset bodice with a blossom flange skirt. Pretty, definitely for a young bride who wants to convey a demure, soft look on her special day.

Mermaid Wedding Gowns

Most of the Vera Wang Spring 2011 Wedding Dresses are mermaid gowns. Here are two more colored mermaid wedding dresses.

The Francesca is a two-piece mermaid gown with an asymmetrically ruched peplum bodice and accented with a back bow.

The Freya is an asymmetrical V-neck mermaid gown with a draped peplum bodice. The back is an exposed organza corset.

Ballgown Wedding Dresses

And for the brides who want to exude a royal elegance, Vera Wang has tulle and tissue organza ballgown wedding dresses in her spring 2011 collection. My two picks are in interesting colors.

The Felicity Wedding Dress is a grey strapless tulle and tissue organza ballgown. It has floating petal rosette embroidery accents on the bodice. The dress has a softly tucked skirt.

The Flora Wedding Dress is in a bronzy tone with a strapless scoop neckline. It has a floral sea bead embroidery on bodice and floating hand-painted blossoms on its draped skirt.

These dresses aren’t in traditional white but they exude class, elegance, and a feminine sensuality that will make any bride look radiant on her special day.
